TWO WAYS TO REGISTER
For your convenience there are two ways you can register to participate in this year’s Hike for Hospice – online, via a pledge form or in person on the day. Please note that online registration will close at 11:59 pm on May 4. All monies donated and received by the registration cut off will qualify to team and individual prizes.
Participants wishing to register online will be doing so at our National Hike for Hospice website. You can register yourself or your team. You will be able to direct your family, friends and co-workers to your fundraising page to help you meet your fundraising goals. Payments can easily be made through Visa and MasterCard and individuals will automatically receive a tax receipt.
2. Pledge Forms
Pledge forms will be available for downloading from this website or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Pledges $25 and over will receive tax receipts for their donation. Please bring your form, along with your pledge monies, on the day of the hike. Cash, cheques, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please make cheques payable to “Crossroads Hospice Society”.
